Worker provides support and case management services to the triad of clients (children/youth, their families and the resource family (kin/foster) referred to setting by partnering County child welfare agencies. Child(ren)/youth placed in the care of kin/foster homes are receiving specialized treatment or therapeutic services. Setting staff must display a high degree of empathy and deliver the quality care necessary to ensure clients are supported and progressing toward the goal of Permanency.
BSW – A minimum of one (1) year experience providing services to children, youth and/or families in a behavioral health setting. This position requires that you have a driver’s license and a vehicle that you can use for work purposes and is part of an on-call rotation.
