Job Description

Plans, implements and coordinates in-service and pre-service training programs for staff and Foster/Treatment Family parents.  Monitors training to assure that employees and parents meet the training requirements of the setting and regulatory agencies.  Recruits, trains and coordinates licensing approval of Foster/Treatment Home parents to ensure that contracted capacity can be met.

BSW –  At least one year of previous experience conducting staff training and development, preferably in a health care setting.  Requires instructor’s certification in First Aid, CPR, and Crisis Prevention/Intervention. Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications, experience with data collection/analyzing platforms. Strong organizational skills.  Excellent oral and written communication skills.  Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines.
