Job Description

Primary responsibilities include facilitating intake process including receiving referrals, documenting income verification of parents, scheduling intake meetings and tracking the enrollment/discharge of children and pregnant women; planning, implementation and coordinator of parent involvement activities including Policy Council, Parent Committee and Father Involvement.

BSW with good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work alone and as part of a team. Ability to manage time effectively. Working with families with young children who demonstrate a high level of risk and complex social service needs. Experience with outreach and recruitment activities. Experience and proficiency with using computer software to track and monitor data.

The coverage is needed from May to August. There is mileage reimbursement, or a SEPTA pass provided for commuting.
