Description
What you will learn form this workshop:
Anger and conflict can occur in any organization or personal relationship: differences develop, tensions rise and emotions flare. If these differences and tensions are not handled and resolved they can cause negative results on a both personal and professional level. These can include: low morale, absenteeism, low productivity, turnover, poor quality of work product, waste, physical illness, emotional and behavioral problems and the dissolution of significant relationships.
This training program provides participants the opportunity to develop skills to handle anger and conflict in a positive results-oriented manner.
